Welcome to Digitechflux, by accessing our services you have complied with the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide Social media management, social media optimization, web development, SEO, and content writing services. The scope of work and deliverables will be all as per the agreement signed by both parties.

2. Payment Conditions

• All services will have a monthly payment.
• All voices are payable with receipts as per the monthly invoices.
• Any delays in payment will be compensated with additional charges.

3. Client’s Roles and Confidentiality Terms

• The client’s responsibility is to provide all accurate information and materials required for the execution of the services.
• Any confidential information shared by the client should not be disclosed to a third party without written consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Revisions

• The intellectual property rights on deliverables created by us will remain with us until the full payment is received.
• Any additional services will begin upon revision of the agreement contract between the parties.

5. Termination

• Either party can terminate the agreement within a week of prior notice.
• When the contract is terminated, the client is obliged to pay for all the deliverables till the date of termination.
• If the client breaches any terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement, we have the right to terminate the contract.

6. Disclaimer

• We do not claim any specific results from our services.
• The courts in that state or nation shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these agreements.
